This moisture vapor barrier functions as a primer, bonding agent, or topcoat on concrete and finished flooring surfaces like vinyl and hardwood. The coating manages vapor emissions effectively while providing robust mechanical and chemical protection.

Mixing & Application
Two-component mix, 2A:1B by volume. Apply as primer (8 mils, 200 ft²/gal), finish coat (16 mils, 100 ft²/gal), slurry (50% sand, 12 mils) or trowel (85% sand, 24 mils). Avoid porous ground-level substrates or high humidity environments. Protect surface 24 hours from humidity, water, and condensation. UV exposure may cause discoloration.
